Insurance:

Not all issues/conditions/problems which are the focus for psychotherapy are reimbursed by insurance companies. It is your responsibility to verify the aspects of coverage. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance        cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician or insurance company?
  • Patients who carry insurance should remember that professional services are rendered and charged to the patient and not the insurance company. If Judy Ingoldsby is on a preferred provider panel of your health insurance plan, she will bill the insurance company directly and keep you appraised of their reimbursement to her. 

    Payment:

    Full payment or your full co-pay is due at the time of appointment. 
    We accept Cash, Check or Visa or Mastercard

    Cancellation:

    Since scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of a time  specifically for you, a MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS notice is required for re-scheduling or canceling an appointment. The full appointment fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments.
